Bookings

Booking is not final until a confirmation is sent back to Bali Beautique Spa. On Saturday and Sunday’s bookings, we request a deposit. Or credit card details are required upon bookings for Saturday and Sunday.

Cancellations

A cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment value will be applied (including Gift Vouchers) if you didn’t turn up. We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation.

Arrival Times

Arriving late will shorten your spa treatment. Remember, your treatment must end on time to prevent further delays, regardless of how late you start.

Redeeming Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers must be presented on arrival before any treatment is undertaken. Once purchased, gift vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Gift Vouchers are also STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE

Pre-Natal

If you are pregnant, please let us know and we will be happy to advise you on appropriate treatments and any which should be avoided.

Issues with your treatment?

If customers are unhappy please let us know within 10 minutes of the commencement of treatment, and we will happily refund your payment. Or customers can ask to change therapists if they are not satisfied. If you’re continuing the treatments till finished then saying not happy and asking for a refund… Refunds can’t be made. Customers are not permitted to ask for a refund for any reason after the completion of their treatments.

Payment

We accept payment by cash, EFTPOS, Visa, and Mastercard. We do not take cheques or Diners’ Club cards. Payment with American Express cards will attract a 3% surcharge on your account.

Valuables

Please leave your valuables at home as we cannot take responsibility for any items left in the Spa.

Group Bookings

We are delighted to make special arrangements for birthdays, parties, etc. Credit card details are required upon group bookings.

Respect for others

Our spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation, so please respect the rights of other Spa guests to peace and privacy. All mobile phones must be switched off or put on silent.

Therapists

Our therapists are all female and are professionally trained in the traditional Balinese methods, to the highest possible standard.

Sexual Harassment

Bali Beautique Spa does not provide sexual massage. IT IS A STRICTLY THERAPEUTIC SERVICE.
